Terms of Service

1. Service. Remix is a discovery interface that aggregates and links to royalty-free music from third-party libraries. We do not own, license, or distribute the underlying audio.

2. Music licenses. Every track is governed by the license of its original source (NCS, Bensound, Pixabay, Free Music Archive, Incompetech, and others). You are responsible for reading and complying with each source's license, including any required attribution.

3. Account. Sign-in is optional. If you create an account you may build playlists, like tracks, and store listening history. You are responsible for the security of your account.

4. Acceptable use. Do not attempt to mass-scrape, resell, or relicense tracks. Do not impersonate artists or claim ownership of music you did not create.

5. No warranties. Remix is provided "as is". Track availability depends on the source.

6. Liability. Remix is a free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance.
